    Great lure casting/pomp surf casting rod

    Took this rod out for a few sessions now, did some full moon fishing (HIGHLY recommend) and rod performed great. I would suggest using 3-4oz weights for pomp rigs and bottom fishing, has a lot of great flex witch makes it easy for the rod to load up for getting those lures out there with little effort. The unfinished blank Im absolutely in love with, hope NT does something more in the future with them. All and all a great rod for surf/pier and jetty fishing, Definitely worth picking one up! 🤙

    Question not a review

    Hey guys I haven’t had a chance to use the rod yet so I was hoping that maybe someone could give me some advice the rod won’t go completely together and I don’t want to force it and break it before I use it. This is not a review because I don’t think it’s fair to review something before I use it. Looking for some advice thanks guys!

    Mine just came today in a very safe PVC tube. It looks even better in person and that rubber grip is amazing, I can’t wait to stick a reel on it. Amazing customer service and quick answers to your emails. Thanks again for the great product and looking forward to getting a 12’.

    Bummy Stick Rocks!

    I received this rod a little over a week now and have had some time to really play with it and I’ll have to say it rocks. Great feel and plenty of power. No problem launching baits or artificials and will handle big fish. Hands down the best beach grips I’ve tried. I have been curious about the Ninja rods for a while and I think a 12’ dagger needs to come my way too after this. This rod was developed by a company that obviously knows how to build a great one and a fisherman who’s done this for a living (and some good entertainment as well) and the results are legit. Buy the rod, you won’t regret it.

    Very light, very strong!

    Was very surprised by the lightness and stiffness of the rod, but it is the first ‘professional’ beach rod I have purchased. The shipping/travel case is awesome and appreciate the double pouch design to keep eyelets from contacting.

    First surf rod

    I’m starting surf fishing and this is my first surf rod,just received it and wow,well packaged like a vault,was happy to see the rod came with it’s own case and I love the grip,even the rod has great texture,light weight and feels well built,can’t wait to try it hopefully this weekend,bought it with a drum rig and Dan even threw in a free Pompano rig! Definitely will get a 11 or 12 footer in the future,can’t wait and thanks! Stay bummy.

    I can cast beyond the sand bar with the Bummy Stick.

    I finally have a heirloom fishing rod that casts a mile. High quality rod from butt to tiptop. I can reach out past the sand bar and fish water I wasn’t able reach with my other rods.

    My Bummy Stick just arrived in the mail and it is beautiful! It is light and easy to hold on to for casts. I’ll be using this rod to either surf fish as a set up with my other rods or throwing spoons and top water lures while waiting for a hit on one of the setups. Now if I can just get to a beach! I live right in smack dab in the middle of Georgia!!

    I have not fished with this rod yet, but just from holding it, I know I made a good purchase. The rod is very light and thin. I love the wrap on the butt of the rod. I wanted a rod set up for throwing lures from the surf and this rod seems great for that if you are wanting a 10ft rod.

    I’ve been waiting nearly year for these to come back around. I waited too long and missed out on the first release and regretted not pulling the trigger.     Nice Rod – just what I was 👀 for!!

    Paired it with a Shimano Stella 6000, primary use will be for casting 3-4 oz. Metal lures @ the Point and in the hook. Can be easily be baited up for big pomp’s in deeper water!!!

    The shipping was fast and the packaging was A1. I will not have a chance to use the rod till July when I’m back at the gulf but I’m not expecting any problems with this rod. Very well made. I’m pairing it with a Cabo 50 and looking forward to trying it out.

    Bummy busting bruiser’s

    I recently bought the 10’ bummy stick and took it with me to Apalachicola. It threw everything I wanted to heave out into the surf. It was comfortable to hang on to while working big spoons and poppers. It was sensitive when bait fishing and whipped all comers, even a 25lb black drum that tried to bull his way back up the coast. Love it.

    Fantastic Rod and Service

    Can’t say enough about how great the rod is. I had been trying to get one for my husband for months, but they were always sold out. E-mailed Ninja Tackle on a Tuesday and got a reply within 24 hours that a new shipment had come in that day. Was told to put my order in and it would ship that Friday. Sure enough, it shipped and is now the new rod in our arsenal! Ninja Tackle is awesome!!!

    Great Customer Service

    Rod was sent in a Hard 3″ PVC Pipe however, USPS somehow still crushed it and the Upper section of the Rod was broken. Ninja Tackle quickly had a replacement upper section out in a couple of days. Great Rod and Customer service.

    Awesome Everything

    Customer Service was fast, friendly and very helpful. Shipping was very fast, received the rod 3 days after purchase. It was packaged in a PVC pipe and the rod even comes in a very nice “carrying bag” I’ll call it. Got to test it out the past two days in New Jersey casting for rockfish. Very lightweight so I could throw all day but sturdy enough to sling Ava’s, Pin Minnows, and Mag Darters. Was a successful trip catching 3 on this rod and I can’t wait to get back and use it some more. I would recommend this rod and company to anyone! Great experience

    Got this rod as a gift for Christmas. It’s everything everyone says it is. Have it paired up with a 5500lc. Already bested some big jacks and bluefish with it. Casts almost as far as my long rods, but is some much more enjoyable to fight fish with. Buying a second one soon.

    If I had my rod before this review came I would certainly rate it much higher, very disappointed in how the shipping was handled. Understandably out of their control but only answer I got was it’ll get there when it gets there… Going on week 4 and no idea if or when I’ll receive what I purchased. Otherwise, great products.     Great Stick

    its great looking, i am running a gosa 6k with 30# braid. Components and build are top notch for an off the shelf rod. with the reel mounted it a nice comfortable weigh so tossing spoons and poppers in the surf should be a breeze. I am soo looking forward to the pomp run this spring in NW florida
